Esteban is a seasoned professional in the fashion industry with a decade of experience that includes founding three fashion brands, a fashion marketing company, a fashion media company called Beyond Fashion Business, and a fashion distribution company called Overpass International. 

"I think that the fashion educational system is flawed. Most of the information is outdated and it favors the minority and ignores the majority. I wanted to create an educational opportunity available to everybody. A lot of it is controversial, but based on what worked for me and what I have gathered from speaking and working with hundreds of other successful fashion designers, entrepreneurs, and executives."
